Legitimation:

Consent of the interested party as a legal basis: Upon signing the registration form, participants over 18 years of age or the legal guardians of the minors, freely provide the information required for participation in the festival and authorize its use for the previously defined purpose. Also, regarding the material contributed (mp3s of the songs, photographs and CV).

Rights of users / participants

Participants have the right to collect and obtain information about their personal data processed by ORFEUM Organization of European Festivals, have access to them, request rectification if they are inaccurate or incomplete. Also to request the suppression of said data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were initially taken.
